She will teach the fundamentals of Hair Color Theory, providing a full understanding of the practical and theoretical aspects of color and color correction. The Principles and Fundamentals of Mixing and formulating the most vibrant colors tones, educating attendees on toning skills by using enhancement and neutralizing techniques on various parts of the head. Showcasing the latest in Baylayage and Foiling, while providing information that will allow stylists to create a unique look that their clients will love! She will explain how to use colors as well as the Proper placement of colors which will ultimately maximize the finished style. Joie will also provide detailed information about Glossing and Toning on the hair (when adding color) and the benefits of the techniques and how they will bring out the most vivid results in the color process. She will also explain the important benefits of Maintenance and Conditions and methods to insure the integrity of the hair post color, ultimately taking your skills and creativity to the next level and allowing you create a color trend and depth within the hair, that will be signature to you as a stylist and your clients will love.
